AARP volunteers offer tax help to those 60 or older

AARP Tax-Aide volunteers will offer help with personal income tax returns at several locations around Clark County. The assistance is geared toward taxpayers 60 or older.

Volunteers will be at these locations Feb. 1-April 15: Vancouver Community Library, Three Creeks Community Library, Cascade Park Community Library, Battle Ground Community Library, Marshall Community Center and the First Baptist Church at 27th and Main Streets. Days and hours of operation vary.

Photo ID is required for the taxpayers present; proof of Social Security number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number is also needed for each person on the tax return. Taxpayers should bring all tax-related information and the prior year’s tax return.
