Clark teams fall to Centralia



Centralia College swept the Clark College basketball teams on Wednesday, winning a pair of tight contests.

The Centralia men prevailed 57-55. The Centralia women won 57-56.

Sam Jurgensen had 15 points and five rebounds for the Clark men, and Sean Price had 11 points. Clark fell to 9-7 overall and 2-5 in West Dvision games.

In the women’s game, Dom Johnson had 18 points and six assists for Clark (7-10, 5-2 West Division). Centralia improved to 7-0 in division play.

The Clark teams next play on Saturday, hosting Grays Harbor at the O’Connell Center. The women play at 1 p.m. and the men play at 3 p.m.
