Vancouver Heights elects neighborhood officers

Vancouver Heights — The Vancouver Heights Neighborhood Association elected officers at it last meeting. They are: Tom Kent, chairman; Park Llafet, vice chairman; Barbara Rhoden, treasurer. The position of secretary was left open until the next meeting, which is Jan. 24.
