Girls basketball: Mark Morris 59, Ridgefield 41

Karley Eaton scored 21 points and the Monarchs used a strong first half to remain unbeaten in the Class 2A Greater St. Helens League.

The host Spudders played the league leaders even in the second half, and had a strong game on the boards. Ridgefield won the rebounding battle 41-23 on the night.

Shannon Boyle scored 17 points and grabbed a game-high 18 rebounds for Ridgefield.
