Fourth quarter economy: A chart of Clark County fourth-quarter economic statistics on Sunday's Page E1 contained errors in calculating changes over a one-year period. Port of Vancouver cargo declined by 52.6 percent. Bankruptcies were down by 12.9 percent. Newcomers declined by 0.5 percent.
