The following have applied to the Washington State Liquor Control Board:
Yuanyi Liang and Qun Qing Liao, for a license to sell beer and wine at Happy Island Chinese Restaurant, 419 N.E. Cedar St., Camas.
Gary G. Gross and Shirley K. Gross, for a domestic winery license at Ethereal Meads, 7010 N.E. 335th St., La Center.
Horatio Seymour Bolling, for a license to sell spirits, beer and wine at Orchards Tap, 10514 N.E. Fourth Plain Road, Vancouver.
