Camas — The Camas-Washougal Rotary Club welcomed a new crop of leaders June 7 during its annual officer induction and awards ceremony. Dave Bussman will lead the club this year as incoming president. He replaces Jocelyn Lindsay, who presented awards at the event to members who have dedicated themselves to public service and Rotary’s principles. Rotarian of the Year was awarded to Anne Winters, who works to promote the group to the community. Meals on Wheels volunteer Ron Bright was given the Spirit of Rotary award, and Blaine Petersen was awarded the Spirit of Rotary Honor after he took the lead for the beleaguered Young Men in Action program, according to the club. Rotary’s motto is “Service Above Self.”
