Letter: Reshape direction of city council

The Columbian
Published: July 11, 2013, 5:00pm

It is time to change the direction of the Vancouver City Council. Frank Decker, running for council Position 3, will represent the interests of Vancouver citizens and not special interests. He is the only Position 3 candidate who opposed the light rail Columbia River Crossing.

Decker believes that sound fiscal policies, limited government, and respect for personal freedom are essential to creating a favorable economic climate and improved quality of life.

With a successful background in technology, management, teaching in public schools and military service, Decker will make an outstanding representative for Vancouver citizens.
