Construction Industry Council of Washington has leased 3,886 square feet of industrial space at 14 Commerce, 4510 N.E. 68th Drive, Unit 3, Vancouver, from J R&R LLC. Kelly Shea of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented both parties.
Dulin Corporation of Washington has leased 2,200 square feet of retail space at 1929 Main St., Vancouver, from Broughton H. Bishop Jr., for a restaurant. Pam Lindloff of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the tenant.

Garden View Trust has purchased Van Mall RV Park, with 101 spaces on 3.85 acres, at 10400 N.E. 53rd St., Vancouver, from Matrix IV-RV WA LLC. The purchase price was $2,000,000. Charlie Kleier and Sierk Braam of NAI Norris Beggs & Simpson represented both parties.
Krissy Goecks has leased 550 square feet of retail space at 1887 Main St., Suite D, Washougal, from Lone Wolf Development. She will operate Ginger Juice, serving food, juices and smoothies, beginning in late August.
River West Apartments LLC has purchased a 6,452-square-foot retail building at 10705 N.E. Fourth Plain Road, Vancouver, from Onyx Land Holdings for $1,390,000. Denis O’Neill of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the buyer and Tom Shimota of Jones Lang Lasalle represented the seller.
