GRANTS PASS, Ore. — A 59-year-old Grants Pass man has been sentenced to life in prison without parole for child sex abuse.
KTVL reports Norman Bruce Spencer was arrested in September 2010 and Josephine County sheriff’s investigators discovered he had multiple aliases and felony convictions for child molestation over three decades in California, Idaho and Florida.
Investigators also found he failed to register as a sexual offender and illegally possessed a handgun and shotgun.
