Proposed 28-lot subdivision in Brush Prairie up for review

Plans to subdivide a Brush Prairie parcel into lots for single-family housing will be the topic of a public hearing at 6 p.m. Aug. 22 at the Clark County Public Service Center, 1300 Franklin St.

The proposal calls for subdividing two tracts into lots for 28 homes on approximately five acres. The site is on the east side of Northeast 124th Avenue near Northeast 111th Street. Rodney Sarkala of Boynton Beach, Fla., submitted the application. The site is owned by NANSEP6 LLC of Boynton Beach.
