Primary election ballots are finally in the mail for 392 registered voters who recently became a part of the city of Vancouver through the Glenwood Hills annexation, Clark County election officials said Tuesday. The elections department failed to mail those ballots out earlier because it didn’t update its system after the Feb. 28 annexation.

Those 392 ballots were mailed to voters on Tuesday. All primary ballots must be postmarked or returned to a ballot drop-off location by Tuesday.

Glenwood Hills voters live in precinct 325, which is north of the Westfield Vancouver mall. It’s roughly bordered by Northeast 58th Street to the north, Northeast 54th Street to the south, Northeast 81st Avenue to the west, and Interstate 205 to the east.

Voters in precinct 325 who have not received an Aug. 6 ballot can call the elections department at 360-397-2345, email elections@clark.wa.gov or visit the department in person at 1408 Franklin St. in Vancouver.
