A Saturday tour of a five-acre horse farm in Ridgefield will show property owners how to best manage mud, manure and other daily difficulties that come when living on a small farm.

The 10 a.m. visit to El Rancho Los Dos Amigos, 22308 N.W. 31st Ave., is organized through the Small Acreage Program, which is co-sponsored by Washington State University Clark County Extension and Clark County Environmental Services' Clean Water Program.

Small Acreage Program staff consider the ranch a model for land stewardship. The tour is free. Register at http://www.brownpapertickets.com/event/378103 or call 360-397-6060, ext. 0.
