Passengers flying out of Portland today could experience delays.
Just before 3 p.m., an F-15 blew its main tires while landing at Portland International Airport. Crews are going to tow the aircraft. Until then, the north runway is closed.
The south runway is partially closed, due to construction, limiting some air service at PDX until the north runway reopens.
