Open houses at eight homes around Clark County will showcase the remodeling work of several local contractors this weekend during the Remodeled Homes Tour from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. today and Sunday.
Projects on the self-guided tour range from kitchen remodels to a third-story addition to the complete restoration of a Victorian-style home in an established Vancouver neighborhood. The event’s goal is to inspire homeowners with ideas for upgrades to their own homes, according to organizers from the 535-member Building Industry Association of Clark County, which hosts the event, sponsored by Vancouver-based Contract Furnishings Mart and lumber supplier ProBuild.
