PORTLAND — Portland police say they’ve arrested a man on accusations of trying to arrange a killing.
Investigators say the target of the plot was an associate of the suspect and wasn’t hurt. The investigation began Tuesday, and police released few details.
The Oregonian reports the man arrested Wednesday was identified as 49-year-old Mohdsidek Habibullah.
He was accused of solicitation for aggravated murder, conspiracy to commit murder and attempted murder, and scheduled for a Thursday court appearance.
