The Health Systems Quality Assurance Division of the state Department of Health recently took disciplinary actions or has withdrawn charges against these Clark County health care providers.

In April, the Nursing Commission released registered nurse Natalie Alice Hendricks from conditions of an order. Hendricks may practice without restrictions.

In May, the Psychology Board charged psychologist Cynthia Ann Savoie with unprofessional conduct. Savoie treated seven members of an extended family and allegedly showed favoritism and didn’t stay neutral in providing therapy for their family issues.

In May, the Nursing Assistant Program conditionally granted a registered nursing assistant credential to Bobbi E. Kampmann. In 2012, Kampmann entered into a deferred prosecution agreement on a fourth-degree assault — domestic violence charge.
