• Shannon Decker has been hired as business outreach representative at Columbia Credit Union. She will lead outreach efforts to increase Columbia’s share of the local business market. Decker has 27 years of commercial and community banking experience.
o Lindsey Dotson, who has a bachelor’s degree from Portland State University, joins Sigma Design as firmware engineer. Dotson has 14 years of experience in the field.
• Samantha Parton has been named a financial representative for Country Financial. She recently completed the company’s training program. Parton works from the office at 16821 S.E. McGillivray Blvd.
