Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

Change Global Investment LLC, specializing in emerging market investments, has leased 750 square feet of office space at 416 N.E. Dallas St., Suite 202, Camas, from Barry and Rosie Lutz. Greg L. Goforth of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented both parties.

Chevs of the 40s has purchased a 21,000-square-foot office building at 1015 N.E. 78th St., Vancouver, from the R.S. Anderson Trust. The purchase price was $1,050,000. Gordon Lewis of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the buyer, and Bob Bernhardt and Wally Hornberger of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the seller.

Doppelganger Style LLC, a clothing and accessories business, has leased 1,305 square feet of retail space at Kathryn Commons in Heritage Place, 302 W. Eighth St., Vancouver, from the Angelo Property Co. R. Tom Smith of Columbia Pacific Commercial Properties represented the tenant, and Eric Fuller of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.

Evergreen Public Schools has leased 68,845 square feet from SEH America for the temporary placement of Crestline Elementary School students and staff. The space is in Building 2 at 18110 S.E. 34th St. The anticipated move-in date is Aug. 1. Deborah Ewing of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the tenant, and Paul Carlson of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord.

GoodLife Therapeutic Massage, specializing in massage, Reiki and hypnosis, has leased 1,017 square feet of space at Crestwood Business Park, 11818 S.E. Mill Plain Blvd., Suite 401, Vancouver. GoodLife is relocating and expanding, and will move to the new location July 1. KC Fuller of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.

Guaranteed Rate Inc., a mortgage firm, has leased 1,312 square feet of office space at First Place Plaza, 12503 S.E. Mill Plain Blvd., Suite 145, Vancouver. Brian Sullivan of Coldwell Banker-Bain represented the tenant, and Tamara Fuller of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord.

KMR Group 9604 LLC has purchased a 17,600-square-foot warehouse at EastRidge Business Park, 9604 N.E. 126th Ave., Building 24, Vancouver, from CXA-16 Corporation. The purchase price was $1,000,000. William Connelly of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the buyer, and Eric Fuller of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the seller.

Laura Lewis has leased 1,175 square feet of additional office space at First Place Plaza, 12503 S.E. Mill Plain Blvd., Suite 119-A, for a counseling business. Tamara Fuller of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord.

OSA Enterprises has leased 1,530 square feet of office space at 250 Main St., Suite 110, Vancouver, from Vancouver Housing Authority. Brett Irons of Coldwell Banker Commercial represented the tenant, and Jim West of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the landlord.

Powell Investment Group has purchased a 2,940-square-foot 7-Eleven building at 5101 N.E. 112th Ave., Vancouver, from Springbrook Station LLC. Derek Federinko, Steve Mack and Scott Schachterle of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the seller. Derek Federinko also represented the buyer.
