The Green Neighbors Do-It-Yourself Fair is from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. today at Clark College’s Gaiser Hall, 1933 Fort Vancouver Way.

Organizers have set up the event to help Clark County families reduce and manage household waste. But organizers say they won’t offer shredding services this year, contrary to previous announcements.

For those interested in shredding, the Battle Ground Lions Club will host a free shredding event 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. May 4 at 2108 W. Main St., in cooperation with LeMay Mobile Shredding.
