CONWAY, S.C. (AP) — Trey Freeman scored 22 points as Campbell defeated Presbyterian 81-73 in overtime Tuesday night in the first round of the Big South Conference tournament.

Marvelle Harris added 15 points for the Camels (13-19), the North Division’s third seed, including consecutive baskets late in the extra period.
