According to a news release from Clark County Fire District 3, the driver lost control, and the car rolled several times before coming to rest on its top in the ditch. Firefighters stabilized the vehicle, then extricated the trapped driver.
The driver, a woman, did not appear to have suffered any life-threatening injuries. She was treated at the scene and taken to a hospital. Her name was not available.
The accident will be investigated by the Clark County Sheriff’s Office. Clark County Fire and Rescue and AMR paramedics also assisted at the scene.
