GREENBURGH, N.Y. (AP) — The New York Knicks could be without Carmelo Anthony and Amare Stoudemire on Saturday night against the Utah Jazz.

Both players sat out the Knicks’ morning shootaround with sore knees and received treatment. Coach Mike Woodson says both are game-time decisions.

Anthony has missed two straight games with what the Knicks say is a stiff and sore right knee after he was hurt Monday in a victory at Cleveland. He fell down with no contact while trying to catch a pass and left after just 14 minutes.

Stoudemire, who didn’t play until New Year’s Day after preseason surgery on his left knee, has been near his limit of 30 minutes per game in three games this week. The Knicks said he had a sore right knee, but Woodson said Stoudemire had pain in both knees.
