The state of Oregon has committed $450 million for its end of the Columbia River Crossing.
Not so the state of Washington, nor Clark County, nor the city of Vancouver. No siree bob! We will fight them at the polls; we will fight them in the streets; we will fight them on the very banks of the Columbia if need be.
