Salmon Creek — Kathi Fountain, head of collection development for the library at Washington State University Vancouver, has been recognized for distinguished contributions to bibliography and information services in law or political science. She won the 2013 Association of College and Research Libraries Law and Political Science Section Marta Lang/CQ Press Award, which was announced in February. Fountain will collect a $1,000 prize at the annual American Library Association conference, held June 27 through July 2 in Chicago.
