In the last two months, we covered 10 different workouts from 10 of the Northwest’s best personal trainers. Every trainer has a different style and training approach, so your body will never get accustomed to all this variety and will always be experiencing a training stimulus, therefore leading to incredible results.

I asked each of the trainers to provide their best, kick-butt workout. I told them people are busy so it needed to be quick, effective and efficient. I asked for a 20-minute cardio and 10-minute strength workout so you could complete the workout in 30 minutes max!

You can commit 30 minutes, three times per week, can’t you? Your health is your most important asset, so I hope you answered YES!

I also asked the trainers to provide the nutrition tip that they feel provides the best results. Remember that nutrition is at least half of the battle so if you want to guarantee results, you’ve got to stay focused in that area too!

So you now have in your possession, the Top 10 different workouts from some of the area’s best trainers to add to your exercise repertoire.

To continue progressing, mix up the routines. For example, you might do Ted’s workout on Mondays, Sara’s workout on Wednesdays and Kristin’s workout on Fridays. Mixing it up is key!

Maybe you’re ready for a little more?! If so, try combining a few of the trainers’ workouts. For example, you might do Laurie’s cardio and then Derrick’s and Remy’s strength workouts all on one day for a killer workout. The sky is the limit with these incredibly effective workouts.

The most important tip I can give you is schedule your workouts into your planner. Heed this wise saying: “Schedule your priorities into your planner, or else other people’s priorities will get scheduled into your planner!” So carve out the time for YOU into your life so you can look and feel your best and live your best life.

You will find when you feel great, then you have the energy to do whatever else you need to do and take care of whoever you need to take care of. If it’s important enough to you, you have to ritualize it just like brushing your teeth or taking a shower. Exercise becomes part of your life, your “Must Do’s.”

Here’s to your health and your best year ever!
