INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — The Pacers will be without four starters when they play Atlanta on Monday night.

David West will miss his fifth consecutive game with a lower back strain. Danny Granger still has not returned from a sore left knee.

And the Pacers have added Lance Stephenson and point guard George Hill to the injury list. Stephenson has a strained right hip flexor, Hill has a strained left groin.

Coach Frank Vogel says it’s possible all four could play Wednesday at Houston though team doctors are more concerned about Hill’s injury than Stephenson’s.

Indiana’s revamped lineup will have D.J. Augustin, Paul George and Gerald Green in the backcourt, Tyler Hansbrough at forward and Roy Hibbert at center.

Dahntay Jones is expected to start for Atlanta, which will be without Lou Williams and Zaza Pachulia.
