The Westfield Vancouver mall added two tenants in March, and more are on the way this spring and summer, the mall said in a news release.
A new tenant is PLAYlive, a social gaming lounge featuring XBOX 360 titles that can be played on individual gaming stations. The store offers disc and console repair, birthday and social parties, and custom merchandise. It’s on Level 2 of the mall, at the northeast end.
Also opening in March was the Fort Vancouver Mall Library Connection. The branch library of the Fort Vancouver Regional Library District is on Level 2 at the mall’s southeast end. The former branch library at the mall closed in December for a makeover.
The mall also has signed leases with several stores expected to open this month. Those are:
• Francesca’s Collection, a boutique that offers clothing, baubles, accessories, and playful gifts. The Houston, Texas-based chain has more than 350 boutiques in 45 states. The store will be on the southwest end of Level 1.
• Got Sleep?, affiliated with Sleep Train, will offer mattresses with latest advances in sleep technology. The store will be at the northeast end of Level 1.
• Maurices, a specialty women’s clothing store with roots dating back to 1931 in Duluth, Minn. The store is oriented toward younger, fashion-conscious shoppers. It’s on the southwest end of Level 2
• Wetzel’s Pretzels, which offers pretzels and other foods and drinks. It will be on the southeast end of Level 1.
Stores expected to open this summer are Finish Line, an athletic goods retailer with more than 660 stores in 47 states; and rue21, an apparel and accessories story for men and women.
Mall retailers that are relocating or remodeling include Mark’s Gold Crown Hallmark; Icing, a jewelry and accessories store; and Romy, a fashion boutique.
Westfield Vancouver mall is at 8700 N.E. Vancouver Mall Drive.
