Penquin is a 7-year-old stray. He is a large, gentle fellow who enjoys being petted and does not require a lot of attention. He enjoys being with other cats but does not play much. He is shy and startles easily. He’d love to meet any kids you have.
Essa Mae is a very special dog. This lovely, gentle little lady is a wonderful 14-year-old senior who wants only to live out her golden years in a loving home. Please email tzimmerman@southwesthumane.org for an adoption application.
These pets are among those available for adoption from noon to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday at the Humane Society for Southwest Washington, 1100 N.E. 192nd Ave., Vancouver.
