The 54th annual Battle Ground Public Schools’ all-district art show opens May 13 at Captain Strong Primary with a public reception and continues through May 24. Approximately 600 pieces of art by the district’s K-12 students will be on display.
The public is invited to view the artwork from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on school days at 1002 N.W. Sixth Ave., Battle Ground. The exhibit is free, but visitors should check in at the school office.
Awards to young artists will be presented. The show formally launches during a school board meeting at 4:30 p.m. May 13. A reception will immediately follow. For questions, call the school, 360-885-6400.
