Professional jazz trumpeter-trombonist Mic Gillette will be featured in a jazz concert from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday in the Lair at Battle Ground High School, 300 W. Main St., Battle Ground. Tickets are $5 at the door.
The high school’s advanced, intermediate and beginning jazz bands also will perform, as will bands from Chief Umtuch Middle School and Tukes Valley Middle School. The concert is presented by the Battle Ground High School Band Boosters. Learn more about Gillette at micgillette.com.
