Phil Allen has joined Columbia Credit Union as a vice president in business lending. He will focus on developing and maintaining business loan and deposit relationships, generating clients and assisting with commercial lending. Allen has 18 years’ experience in commercial finance. He holds a master’s degree from Willamette University and a bachelor’s degree from Oregon State University.

Brandon M. Dawson, founder of Audigy Group in Vancouver, has been named a finalist in the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award Pacific Northwest. Audigy Group officers management services for hearing care companies. The award recognizes high-growth entrepreneurs who demonstrate excellence and extraordinary success in innovation, financial performance and personal commitment to their businesses and communities. Award winners will be announced June 7 in Seattle.

Other business news

• RE/MAX equity group recently expanded its Vancouver mall office at 7700 N.E. Greenwood Drive. The additional space will be used to accommodate semi-private offices for 24 agents from the RE/MAX equity group Tech Center office and an additional mobile resources room for more than 20 mobile agents serving Southwest Washington. The mall office will be managed by Barbara Zimmerly.
