Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

Cosco Fire Protection has leased 7,919 square feet of industrial space at Columbia Business Center, Building 9, 2501 S.E. Columbia Way, Suite 100, Vancouver, from CBC 4 LLC. Tom Shimota of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant and Dave Brown of Columbia Commercial Properties represented the landlord.

Hanes Companies Inc. has leased 32,900 square feet of industrial space at Opus 205 Distribution Center, Building A, 5900 N.E. 88th St., Vancouver, from Master Towers LLC. Jake Bigby of CBRE Inc. represented the tenant and Dave Brown of Columbia Commercial Properties represented the landlord.

Magic Scissors, a hair salon, has renewed its lease of 1,000 square feet at 308 N.E. Fifth St., Camas, from Hong S. Kim. Greg L. Goforth of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented both parties.

Nucast Investments has purchased 9,984 square feet of industrial space at 7812 N.E. 19th Court, Vancouver, from Adams Living Trust. The purchase price was $850,000. Doug Bartocci and Garret Harper of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented both parties.

Page One Automotive has leased 7,500 square feet of industrial space at Viewpoint Business Park, 5913 N.E. 127th Ave., Suite 300, Vancouver, from Crown Corporation LLC. Dave Brown of Columbia Commercial Properties represented both parties.

Robert Johnson has leased 1,429 square feet for a marketing business at Vancouver Commerce Center, 101 E. Eighth St., Suite 260, Vancouver, from Amberhill Properties LP. Pam Lindloff and Doug Bartocci of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented both parties.

Smith & Smith Excavation has leased 4,022 square feet of industrial space plus 3,500 square feet of yard at Columbia Business Center, Building 3, 600 S.E. Maritime Ave., Suite 260, Vancouver, from CBC 4 LLC. Dave Brown of Columbia Commercial Properties represented both parties.

Tomiko Joy Saldia has leased 138 square feet for a physical therapy consulting business at Vancouver Commerce Center, 1700 Washington St., Suite 506-B, Vancouver, from Vancouvercenter Development LLC.
