Letter: Madore, Mielke lack integrity

Apparently this will come as a surprise to a couple of Clark County commissioners, but the citizens of Clark County do not live under a dictatorship.

There are rules in place to abide by in the hiring process. Otherwise, why have a human resources department? Why not just choose your crony (Don Benton) or your BFF for a position and forget about job requirements and qualifications for a position? This flaunting of the rules shows lack of integrity pertaining to Clark County Commissioners David Madore and Tom Mielke and apparently their disdain for the people who live in Clark County.

Do we want these two commissioners who are lacking in the possession of firm principles to represent us? If not, two options I know of are available: home rule or a recall.
