Washougal — New sports equipment is headed for Camp Wa-Ri-Ki thanks to a $2,080 grant from the TODAY (The Organization Dedicated To Athletics And Youth) Foundation, which is based in Brush Prairie. Baseball, volleyball and soccer will flourish due to the grant. Camp Wa-Ri-Ki is 20-plus rustic acres along the Washougal River and is operated by Division 44 Kiwanis clubs. It draws 3,500 youth campers every year. Phyllis Goldhammer was hired as its director earlier this year. Learn more at http://campwariki.com and http://www.todayforkids.org.
