Crisis responses services available throughout region

May is recognized nationally as Mental Health Month. To celebrate, Southwest Washington Behavioral Health is reminding people of services available to everyone, regardless of insurance coverage.

Southwest Washington Behavioral Health administrates public mental health services in Clark, Cowlitz and Skamania counties. The organization offers services in each area.

Crisis response services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

People who may be aware of anyone experiencing thoughts of self-harm, suicide or harming others, or any other mental health emergency, can contact crisis responders by calling the following numbers:

  • In Clark County: 360-696-9560, or toll free 1-800-626-8137.

  • In Cowlitz County: 360-425-6064, or toll free 1-800-803-8833.

  • In Skamania County: 509-427-3850.
