Free workshop: Washington State University Extension is offering a free workshop, “Low Impact Development and Green Stormwater Strategies for Real Estate Professionals,” 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. May 28. It includes a free lunch and a 90-minute field trip for a hands-on look at the development techniques at the Department of Ecology field office, 2108 Grand Blvd. The workshop will describe stormwater management techniques to meet new requirements for construction and redevelopment.
