Pets of the week: West Columbia Gorge Humane Society

Wooosh! Rumble! Ricochet! Holy bat-eared dog, man, am I really faster than a speeding bullet and more powerful than a locomotive? YES! I am! I’m Bandit and I’m a mighty hunk of active 1-year-old male chiweenie pup, looking for a home where running laps is just as important as sitting in them.

There can never been enough cuddles in the world for a shy boy named Buckleigh. Hi, I’m a 4-year-old, short-haired gray tabby mix with soft, white paws. I’m a quiet, reserved, understated boy who has so much to give to the right family who will take the time to listen to my story. Do you have room in your heart for a quiet boy like me?

These pets are among those available for adoption from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday through Sunday (or by appointment) at West Columbia Gorge Humane Society, 2675 S. Index St., Washougal. Adoption fees include spay/neuter, microchip, vaccinations and flea treatment. Email outreach@wcghs.org or call 360-335-0941.
