Clark County — Three Educational Service District 112 board members have been re-elected by local school district board members to serve another four-year term. ESDs are governed by a board of seven members who represent geographic director districts based on U.S. Census data.

Ken Botero joined the board in 2005. He represents the Cowlitz County region that includes the Longview School District and a portion of the Kelso School District. He serves as the ESD board’s legislative representative.

Patricia “Trish” Kellogg, was originally appointed to the board in 2011. She represents District 4, which includes Ridgefield and the northern part of the Vancouver Public Schools.

Darlene “De” Stickel joined the board in 1998 and represents District 6, which covers most of Evergreen Public Schools.

The ESD board is responsible for policy and governance of ESD 112 and provides direction to the superintendent, who is advised by local school district superintendents.

The directors will be sworn in at the January 28 meeting at ESD 112.
