A 21-year-old Vancouver woman was injured Sunday night after being in a crash on Interstate 5.

Washington State Patrol said Krystyne V. Sok was northbound on the freeway about three miles south of Woodland. Another vehicle swerved into Sok's lane, she swerved to avoid a collision, left the freeway to the right and crashed into a sign, the patrol said.

The accident happened about 7:30 p.m.

Sok was treated in the Legacy Salmon Creek Medical Center emergency room Sunday night and then released.

The other motorist was not found, according to the patrol's report.

Sok's passenger, Kyle S. Sok, 16, was not injured, the report said. Both were wearing seat belts. Sok's 2004 Honda Civic was totaled, the report said.
