HARRISONBURG, Va. (AP) — Jordan Aaron scored 24 points and three other Milwaukee players reached double figures Saturday night in a 77-66 victory over James Madison.
Milwaukee (3-1) took a 37-35 lead in the second half, and did not trail the rest of the game. Aaron made two straight 3-pointers in the second half, with his second giving the Panthers a nine-point advantage with 8:27 to play. James Madison would only get to within five points the rest of the way.
Aaron hit five 3-pointers while shooting 8 for 15 from the floor. Matt Tiby scored 16 points and had a game-high 13 rebounds. Tiby has scored in double figures in each of his four games with the Panthers.
Andrey Semenov led James Madison (1-2) with 20 points as five Dukes scored in double figures.
