COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (AP) — Marek Olesinski scored 20, shooting 70 percent (7 of 10) for the game and going 6 of 8 from three point range, to spark a 67-64 Air Force win over the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff on Sunday.

UAPB (2-2) led by as many as 12 in the first half and held on to a 38-29 lead at halftime.

The Falcons (2-2) were able to chip away at the lead in the second half, and eventually regained the advantage on an Olesinksi 3-pointer with 7:44 on the clock, giving Air Force their first lead in the second half, 51-49.

The Golden Lion’s Davon Haynes was fouled while scoring on a layup with six seconds to go. However, Haynes missed his free throw and Darrius Parker grabbed the rebound for the Falcons to effectively secure the win.

Marcel Mosley was the leading scorer for the Golden Lions with 16 points.
