JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) — The Jacksonville Jaguars are without two starters against the Arizona Cardinals. They deactivated middle linebacker Paul Posluszny and left guard Will Rackley, who are recovering from concussions.

The Jaguars also deactivated backup receivers Stephen Burton and Stephen Williams, leaving them thin at that position. The Jaguars have only four receivers.

Posluszny suffered a concussion last week at Tennessee and was ruled out Friday. Russell Allen will move from his outside linebacker spot and start for Posluszny. Rackley suffered his concussion three weeks ago in London against San Francisco and has had recurring headaches. Mike Brewster will start for him against the Cardinals.

Arizona did not deactivate any key players.
