HANOVER, N.H. (AP) — Dalyn Williams ran for a 17-yard touchdown in the third quarter that gave Dartmouth the lead for good in a 28-24 victory over Princeton in a snow storm on Saturday.

Dartmouth (6-4, 5-2 Ivy League) was eliminated from the title chase last weekend, but the Big Green still had an impact on the conference crown. Their victory forced Princeton (8-2, 6-1) to share the Ivy League Championship with Harvard — who beat Yale 34-7 earlier today.

Dominick Pierre ran 28 times for 112 yards and a touchdown for Dartmouth. Williams was only 4 of 15 for 92 yards but he connected with Bo Patterson for a 56-yard touchdown in the first quarter. Williams also ran for 57 yards and two touchdowns.

Princeton trailed 21-0 before answering with a 21-point rally to tie the game. Nolan Bieck’s 23-yard field goal with 6:36 left in the game cut the score to 28-24.
