JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) — Jacksonville Jaguars defensive end Jeremy Mincey will miss Sunday’s game at Houston because of a violation of team rules.

Coach Gus Bradley made the announcement Saturday before the team left for Houston, saying Mincey would not make the trip. The team says Bradley will address Mincey’s situation following Sunday’s game against the Texans.

This is the first public discipline handed out by Bradley this season.

Mincey has 14 tackles and two sacks this season.

The Jaguars also signed receiver Jeremy Ebert to the active roster and placed receiver Stephen Williams on injured reserve with an Achilles injury. Ebert has been on the 53-man roster for four games in 2013 and has two receptions for 10 yards.
