The Vancouver Police Department has released three new surveillance photos showing the man wanted for the robbery of two smoking accessory shops this month.

The photos are from the Nov. 11 robbery of Mary Jane’s House of Glass on East Mill Plain Boulevard.

The robber, who claimed to be wearing a bomb, was described as a white male in his twenties, with a small build, and long blond hair. He was wearing a blue jacket, black pants, and unknown shoes. He had what appeared to be an explosive device strapped to his body.

The method of operation and the suspect description are similar to a robbery reported on Nov. 1 at Mary Jane’s House of Glass East Vancouver location on Northeast 164th Avenue.

Police asked that anyone with possible information related to the robbery to call the Vancouver Police Department and request to speak with Det. M. Shipp or an on-duty patrol supervisor. Shipp’s desk phone number is 360-487-7513.
