Letter: Not asking for too much

Published: November 23, 2013, 4:00pm

Dear Santa: I am an 87-year-old boy and I want you to know what I want for Christmas.

  1. I want compromise back in our governments at all levels.

  2. I want the people who represent us to act and be civil and honest with each other.

  3. I want our representatives to make laws that benefit all the people, not the special interests.

  4. I want news sources to report without bias and check out their facts.

I know I’m asking for a lot, but I promise to try to be a good boy next year.
