Clark men drop close one to Peninsula

Collin Spickerman had 24 points and five rebounds, but it wasn’t quite enough for the Clark College men’s basketball team as the Penguins lost 77-76 to Peninsula College in Port Angeles.

Spickerman led four Penguins in double figures. Max Livingston had 15 points, Sean Price added 13 points and 10 rebounds and Frank Norman had 11 points.

Clark led 29-27 at halftime, but the Pirates shot 56 percent in the second half.

Tyler McKinney had 18 points to pace Peninsula.
