Letter: Truth moves us on the 'right' path

The Nov. 16 opinion "Issa's kangaroo court is adept at leaping to conclusions" by leftie Dana Milbank brought back memories of the McCarthy hearings in the 1950s. Milbank, like his left-wing predecessors, whines when his left-wing cohorts are grilled under oath about silly little things like "Fast and Furious" gunrunning that was illegal and killed at least one American and hundreds of Mexicans. Or the outlaw IRS management that illegally targets conservatives or the Benghazi scandal that killed Americans and showed us the spectacle of Hillary Clinton lying about Benghazi.

Milbank whines when his progressive buddies get chastised for lying under oath and taking the Fifth to save themselves from prison. Watching Milbank's ilk squirm and try to stonewall the criminal activities of the Obama administration is called justice. And by the way, it turns out that time and further information from Russia in the past few years has proven that McCarthy was right.

Hooray for Rep. Darrell Issa, R-Calif., Rep. Trey Gowdy, R-S.C., Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, Sen. Mike Lee, R-Utah, and Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., and the others who have the guts to stand up for our republic. I love it when lefties like Milbank whine. It means the truth is coming out.
