Skills Center gets lifesaving tool

Landover-Sharmel — The Clark County Skills Center Foundation was given a $2,000 grant to purchase an automated external defibrillator, known as an AED, for the center’s new Criminal Justice Training Facility. The award came from the Quinn Driscoll Foundation, named after the 13-year-old who died from sudden cardiac arrest in 2009 while in gym class at Wy’east Middle School.
